NECC successfully completed the new construction of a state-of-the-art data center roof system, delivering a comprehensive scope of work that included the installation of insulation, vapor barrier, PVC membrane, coverboard, adhesives, flashings, coping, gutters, downspouts, drains, scuppers, walkways, expansion joints, hatches, safety railings, lightning protection components, metal edges, and all related accessories to provide a fully watertight, durable, and warrantied roof system.
