Project Summary

NECC’s scope of work for the Hampton Roads Regional Jail roof replacement project included a one-day safety orientation, selective demolition of the existing roofing system, and installation of a Carlisle Syntec PVC roof system with insulation, vapor barrier, walkway pads, and flashings. The new system was designed to meet NRCA standards, achieve an average R-30 value, and carry long-term performance warranties. Additional work included LP recertification, scaffolding, walk pad installation, and coordination for rooftop unit handling.
