NECC successfully executed a full roof replacement project, strategically divided into three phases to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical data center equipment. The scope of work included the complete removal of the existing roofing system, followed by the installation of a new PVC roofing system and upgraded lightning protection. Recognizing the vital role that data centers play in supporting essential operations, NECC prioritized safety, reliability, and system protection throughout every stage of the project.
