Project Summary

NECC was selected by CBRE and Brinkmann Constructors as the subcontractor for roofing and metal work on the Caroline 95 Logistics Warehouse. The scope included the installation of a complete TPO roofing system with R-25 insulation, flashings, tapered insulation to eliminate ponding, roof access components, walk pads, and expansion joints. Complementary sheet metal work encompassed coping caps, drip edges, gutters, downspouts, canopy eave flashings, trims, counter-flashings, and associated caulking, transitions, hoisting, and fall protection. This work provided the owner with a watertight, durable, and fully integrated roof and wall panel system designed to meet long-term performance and reliability standards.
