Project Summary

NECC successfully completed a two-phase summer roof replacement for Battlefield High School PWC, ensuring all work was delivered on time with no disruption to school operations. The project scope included removing existing roof coverings and installing a new stainless steel metal roofing system and 2-ply SBS modified bitumen system, along with new drains, soffits, flashing, trim, and carpentry.

NECC also replaced skylight glass units and performed all required MEP modifications to accommodate existing rooftop equipment. Strict safety standards, manufacturer warranty requirements, and quality testing were upheld throughout the project. The result is a durable, high-performance roofing system that enhances the school’s infrastructure and ensures long-term protection.
