Project Summary

NECC served as the subcontractor for the new construction of the Recreation and Community Center in Ashburn, Virginia, a flagship facility designed to serve the residents of Loudoun County. With a contract value of $4.75 million, NECC partnered with Costello Construction and the County of Loudoun to deliver a comprehensive scope of work. This included furnishing and installing a high-performance PVC roofing system, roof hatches and accessories, insulation and joint sealants, flashing, coping, and trim. In addition, NECC was responsible for the installation of architectural metal panels and trims, as well as all required testing and inspections to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.

Throughout the project, NECC applied its expertise in precision installation and quality craftsmanship to deliver durable, energy-efficient, and architecturally consistent building envelope solutions. By coordinating closely with the general contractor and project stakeholders, NECC ensured that all milestones were achieved on time and within budget. The successful completion of this project underscores NECC’s ability to manage complex scopes of work while contributing to the creation of vital community infrastructure.
