NECC is pleased to welcome Jared Brafford to the team as Territory Sales Manager.
Jared brings more than a decade of experience across construction and industrial markets, building territories through consistency, follow-through, and strong relationships.
His approach has always been hands-on — supporting contractors and facility teams from the first conversation through project execution.
Throughout his career, he has led record-setting growth, earned trust account by account, and strengthened long-term partnerships by focusing on value and disciplined execution.

Before entering the construction industry, Jared served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, leading a 14-person team in high-pressure environments where accountability wasn’t optional — it was expected. That experience continues to shape his leadership style today.
