We’re excited to welcome Joe, who brings more than 18 years of experience in commercial roofing across service, operations, and leadership. He’ll be supporting NECC’s Tidewater and Central Virginia branches as Operations Director, helping strengthen teams, operations, and customer delivery across both markets.
Joe joins NECC with a career built in the field and strengthened through leadership roles spanning estimating, project management, sales, and regional service operations. Most recently, he led multi-branch service teams with a focus on operational excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth, working closely with leadership to standardize processes and support expansion.
He is known for his practical leadership style, steady execution, and commitment to developing people while delivering for customers.
