With decades in the field and a mindset built for scale, Duncan joines NECC to help lead what’s next.
A true tradesman-turned-strategist, Duncan brings deep, firsthand experience in commercial roofing—starting in high school in New England, building his own company in Florida, and most recently serving as General Manager at Progressive, one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the country.
Now, he’s channeling that field expertise and leadership vision into NECC, focusing on the systems, processes, and teams needed to scale across service, production, field operations, and administration.
“I wanted to join a company where there’s a challenge and a goal everyone is working toward,” Duncan shared. “I take pride in growth, and I want to contribute to it. I want to be a change agent for the positive, and NECC is the perfect home to make that happen. The team, the vision, the momentum, it all lines up with what I’m here to do.”
